I went to Jeremy Franklin Suzuki to trade in a car and see about getting a new one. I went to visit T.J. Clark and his assistant Jesse, who helped me to find a car in my budget. I communicated what I wanted to pay and what I wanted to pay down. T.J. showed me what I wanted to see, but it seemed like I wasn't finding what I needed.
He suggested we look at a slightly more expensive car, just to see what is out there. Looking at the SX4, I found a lot of features I had wanted in a car. Aluminum engine block, small but capable engine that sips fuel, and a timing chain really sold me on the car, plus it is engineered to last– important for me since I drive the wheels off my cars.
Everyone on the lot when I entered from looking at cars was very friendly in a genuine way, not a "I'm being nice to sell you stuff" way. All the sales people were still warm and helpful even when it became clear I was shopping with TJ, meaning they wouldn't get my money.
I was concerned about the higher price, but T.J. sat down with me and crunched the numbers on how we could do it. Folks, there's no "magic bullet" or "special deal" to this part of the businesss–they need to check your credit. If you have good credit, you're gonna get good financing. If you don't, it's going to cost more, and that's all about the bank. Reading and comparing the experiences I've read here, I'm afraid some of these stories might be due to some bad credit history in others, and that can't be helped when it comes to loaning money in these tough economic times.
That said, my wife and I have excellent credit, and got a super deal for what paid – best yet, we got a 2008 car with low mileage, that someone else paid the depreciation on. :) When our sales people went to the back, it was to check our credit, not to "wheel and deal". The only "deal" to be made was on the extended warranty and gap coverage, which I negotiated on and was offered at a price I couldn't refuse.
All in all, I came in to buy a used car at a certain price. The sales staff convinced me to buy a more expensive car, but at a competitive price. They could have just sold me the lower priced car, and it would be fine, but what elevated this experience was a salesman who saw beyond my fixation with X dollars a month, and found out what I really NEEDED. This is a car that will last me for a long time to come, and be a pleasure to drive.
Lastly, if this review sounds warm and glowing, it's because I was once a salesman myself, albeit in computers and small electronics. From time to time there's a customer who comes along who is obsessed by price to the exclusion of satisfying the needs they really have. I was one of these, but an experienced salesperson (T.J.) was able to help me see what I needed, not just what would work.

On Saturday, January 10th, 2009 I came to Jeremy Franklin Suzuki knowing that I had some financial problems that were going to be difficult to overcome. I wanted to get into a newer car, so that I could have reliable transportation to do my daily activities. Deon Willis greeted me with a positive attitude willing to work with me in anyway he could. Deon discussed with me about different options that could be available to me. Not only did I buy myself a newer automobile, my mother also purchased herself a newer car the same day. I bought a black 08 Suzuki SX4 for basically the same payment as my old car. On Monday the 12th of January 2009 I called Deon and stated some concerns I had with my new car. He responded quickly to my concerns and addressed them in a professional manner. Ensuring that everything I wanted would be taken care to my satisfaction. Furthermore my young daughter and nephew who were with me on Saturday were comfortable as possible by having activities available so that they were entertained while I finalized my paperwork. My experience with this dealership has been great. I and my family have bought 6 cars from Jeremy Franklin Suzuki over the past four years. Not long ago I bought two vehicles from Jeremy Franklin Suzuki in Kansas City. A "like-new" Ford cargo van and a brand new Suzuki XL7.
Both vehicles were in great shape and are still running great.
They told me the prices, did not mess around, did not waste my time and sold me both vehicles at a very good price. I did alot of research before the purchase and JF Suzuki's price was the best around.
Everyone was great, the Salespeople, the Service folks , and the guy's at the front desk (Joe E. and Hector E.)....great guys!
Jeremy Franklin himself even to the time to come over to talk to me about my needs and took a personal interest in making sure I was taken care of.

I would like to say that the sales men at Jeremy Franklin Suzuki are people who would go over and beyond the call of duty to help there customers. They take exceptional pride in their work and attire. I have never seen good-looking men at a dealership who dress so professionally. I would also like to say that I have purchased two vehicles from Jeremey Franklin the first one was a 2005 Dodge Durango that I had for 3 years and unfortunately had to give back because of financial circumstances and the other vehicle I purchase was a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser that I fell in love with and without the help of Joseph and Hector doing their magic I wouldn't have the car today. I can really say Hector and Joseph know their jobs and help their customers when it comes to unusal circumstances. If I had any questions or concerns about my vehicles; Hector, Joseph and Jesse doesn't hesistate to offer their help. We found our Eclipse at this dealer on the internet. The price was so good we almost did not believe it. We were greeting when we got to the lot by TJ Clark. He answered our questions about the vehicle very knowledgeably, took us on a test drive, and entertainted our kids while we discussed our possible purchase. We decided to purchase the vehicle, the price on the internet was the exact price we paid, and the dealer was able to get us a better interest rate than we had already securred. They intoduced us to all the departments at the dealer, Their service and parts departments are unbeleivable and so friendly, in house detailing, what more can you ask for. when i walk in i was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and wanted to see what i was looking for. i look at a couple of car but nothing i really wanted. so i few days pasted and jesse ( the great) call and ask did i find anything i said no, so he told me to come back. so later that day i when back and T.J. ( mr.#1) took me back and show me a 2005 buick century. i loved it, so jesse (the great ) took over and we finalize the deal. great job fellas, be back when my girl wants a car.

I would highly recommend Jeremy Frankin Suzuki for anyone who, like myself, has less than perfect credit. Re-establishing credit after a divorce has proven to be a difficult task as a single mother of three. However, everyone I worked with at Jeremy Franklin Suzuki was extremely helpful and did not pre-judge me based solely on my credit score. I was able to purchase a Forenza and begin my credit rebuilding. This car is just what I needed, fairly priced, fuel efficient and I have had NO problems with it whatsoever. The only thing I have had to do was take it in for routine maintenance. The Service Department is always so friendly and helpful whenever I have a question. When the time comes that I am able to upgrade my vehicle, there is no doubt in my mind that I will return to Jeremy Franklin Suzuki. I have recommended them to friends and family and they have done the same. As a female consumer, it is nice to know there is a dealership I feel comfortable working with without fear of being taken advantage of. Everyone has their "dream car" in mind, but when that does not necessarily fit into your budget the sales staff are more than willing to offer alternatives that are affordable, reliable and a good value.

Great Place work hard on my cash for clunkers buy! No problems with the SX4 crossover! Suzuki is making breakthoughs in the auto business with good prices for good cars. The SX4 crossover is the best price for a 4 wheel drive car. I will report more when snow falls. I search the web and consumer reports before I decided on this car which all had good ratings. Top warranty,rebate or 0 fiance your choice. The place looks great and the sales service is great. While I was there I did look at the used cars which are of all makes and models and the prices look good!

The first car I ever bought was through Jeremy Franklin. When I looked around for cars I would always look at the price and say to myself, "I wonder how much I can talk them down." or think "I need a strategy if I'm going to get the best deal." I was blown away by the concept of a dealership that doesn't negotiate on their price. They price it you buy it, or don't buy it. Not only is it not negotiable but it was the best price around and there was no hassle of wondering if they could have given it to me for less.I gave them how much I wanted to spend a month and even though I had very limited credit history and no co-signers, they found someone to work with me so I can finally start building my own credit.

My wife and I own a 1992 Suzuki. She wanted a new car. In this economy we knew that gas mileage is important. When we went to the Suzuki dealship Deon Willis was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable on the car and great with the customer. He told us what we needed to know.

Great cars and very hands on sales person. He gave me a feeling that I was getting a good buy, and I have that feeling every time I get into my vehicle. I really was happy with the effort that went into getting me a financing situation that I was comfortable with. My financing deal will save me thousands over the life of the loan. The service could not be better.

When visiting Jeremy Franklin Suzuki I didn't know what to expect. I was looking to get rid of two cars and purchase a Mini-van and a little car. Jesse was very helpful in choosing the right vehicle and I am very happy with my purchases. I would recommend this dealership to a friend if they were looking for a place with great customer service. I would like to add that the only thing that I was a little unhappy about is that they did not completely fill up my gas tank before leaving only 1/2 tank. I think if they could do this more people would appreciate it.

Joshua was very courteous, professional, and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the different vehicles that I looked at. My overall experience with this dealership was very satisfying, from the sales man to the finance manager. The finance manager also went above and beyond his job duties to get me the best offer possible when it came to the price of the car and the financing. The final price that I paid for the car was well below kbb.

I would recommend this dealership because the sales team bends over backwards to assist you in finding the vehicle that you are looking for. As well as the finance team, assisting you in finding financing that fits your budget. The Service department also finds a way to have your vehicle repaired properly and in a timely fashion.

My experience at Jeremy Franklin was a really good one! As a grandmother I needed a vehicle large enough for my four grandkids and that's just what I was able to get in no time! Jesse Hardin wasted no time; he was able to "expedite" the purchase of a 2007 Dodge Caravan. With my busy schedule, that was my priority. My grandkids really like it! I appreciate the professional and friendly customer service I received.

Never once have I left a dealership and felt completely satisfied about my purchasing decision. Knowing that Jeremy Franklin Suzuki offers a 5 day 150 mile love it or leave it policy on there certified 145 point inspected vehicles. Also after doing my own personal research, I knew the car I wanted and that they had the best price within 150 miles, I expected to get there and see the price was more or even a ton of "HIDDEN FEE"S" which there wasn't. I got the best deal in town. The whole sales team was respectful and helpful. My salesman Joshua Espinosa seemed very knowledgeable and gave me everything upfront. Also the managers Hector and Joseph were willing to answer any questions I asked and gave me no pressure. Its hard to find that at a dealership now a days. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a quality vehicle at the best price to Jeremy franklin Suzuki.

I went in looking for a new car without any hope. I was looked down by other dealers I had visted the past couple of weeks. I work hard but am judged by my appearance (I have some physical disabilities). When I went into Jeremy Franklin Suzuki I was greeted by a young man with a big smile on his face. He made me feel so welcomed and treated me with respect. He made me feel like I didn't have any disabilities at all.
He took extra care to make sure I was comfortable without making me feel handicap. His product knowledge was amazing and he did not pressure me in anny form as in the previous dealers. I purchased my new car that day and I will never forget how I was treated with respect and dignity. I will never forget my wonderful experience. Thanks to that wonderful young man Joshua Espinosa.

We made an appt with Jesse on Friday night to see a specific vehicle we saw online. That Saturday we had a few vehicles to look at and Jeremy Franklin was our first stop. We were not so impressed with the vehicle. It was fine, but we really didnt want a minivan,. We wanted the room and ability to transport people and things, but we were not impressed with the minivan. We explained what we needed and later that day when we where stuck at another dealership waiting, Jesse called to tell us about the Suzuki xl7 crossover vehicles that had in stock- he said they had the seating like a minivan but the car was more like a SUV. We went to see the vehicle and had to get it. The car was great and the price was right not to mention the miles and warranty. We knew nothing about Suzuki XL7 and didnt know anybody that had one. Jesse did a good and thorough job explaining and selling the vehicle. We made a good deal and drove the 2008 Suzuki XL7 home that night. Jesse was a very good salesman.
Thanks Jesse. We will be back when we are ready to buy another car.
We dont have the greatest credit but they were still able to get a lower interest rate and payment. Thanks to Chris.

Buying a used car can be a hassle for some people that do not do their own research ahead of time. i made sure I Knew what I wanted as well as what I was willing to pay. After searching auto-trader for days looking for what I wanted I came across the Nissan. It was to a surprise a little less than what I was willing to pay. I called to confirm the car was actually there and that was the price. Joshua Espinosa did a great job answering all my questions over the phone and didn't seem shady. I was looking for a new car that would be safe and reliable for me to take to college. I had heard nothing but good things about Jeremy Franklin's Suzuki so I thought I would take a look there. Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted but Josh Espinosa and he walked me through the dealership and really took his time going over each vehicle. I ended up purchased a used Honde Accord and he was completely right, it was the perfect car for me and suited my needs perfectly. I went in looking for a reliable car, knew I didn't have very good credit. Joshua and I looked a few vehicles, took some for a test drive. We went over a few numbers and with very little money down and low monthly payments I was able to drive away with an 05 Ford Taurus.

I recently purchased a car from Jeremy Franklin, And let me tell you this place knows what they are doing and have the greatest customer service skills I have experienced from a car dealership. I worked with Jesse, TJ, Joseph, and Hector. They all were very courteous and had me in and out in about 2 hours, I even had a trade in that they paid off!!! That was very exciting for me! The comment below me, well that person obviously doesn't know what the heck they are talking about. I would recommend ANYONE here. If I could give 10 Stars I would.
